1 year ago PublicThis is a bit of a random contribution here - a screen shot of Enova Community's process for delivering energy advise over the phone, via volunteers. As I described earlier, this was the method we pivoted to when covid hit and we couldn't enter people's homes to assess and provide coaching. One advantage is that it isn't restricted to areas where you have trained volunteers available.

1 year ago PublicHere's another FB group, called 'Sustainable Energy Efficient Homes' that I admin for Enova Community Energy.
We set it up originally as a way of communicating with our volunteer Energy Coaches, and continually developing their knowledge, but then opened it up to the public.
It's much smaller than MEEH, yet more 'intimate' and a way to engage the community and share home improvement ideas, so perhaps a good option for Community Energy organisations.
